The Challenge
Allianz and Mastercard required a campaign framework that could support a high volume of marketing assets across different markets and digital channels. Traditional asset-by-asset production created inefficiencies, increased manual work, and made maintaining visual consistency difficult.
The solution needed to be flexible enough for localization while remaining aligned with global brand guidelines.

Objectives
Create a scalable campaign design system
Reduce repetitive production work
Support multiple banner and social media formats
Enable faster localization for different markets
Maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints

My Approach
Instead of designing individual assets, I developed a modular campaign system built around reusable components and predefined layout structures. The system separated content from design, allowing teams to quickly adapt messaging, imagery, and formats without rebuilding assets from scratch.

Impact
The design system transformed campaign production from a manual asset-by-asset process into a scalable workflow.

Outcomes
Enabled rapid generation of multiple campaign formats from a single design framework.
Reduced the need to redesign assets for every market and placement.
Improved consistency across campaign touchpoints.

Final Reflection
While not a product design system, this project applied design system principles to campaign production. By defining reusable components, layout rules, and adaptation patterns, the framework enabled scalable asset creation across markets, formats, and channels.
