The existing section lacked integration and consistency, resulting in a fragmented user experience. A key challenge was developing a compelling creative concept and naming strategy to present the services as premium and professional. The goal of this campaign was to inform consumers that Douglas Drugstore offers exclusive beauty services, provided by specialists with top-tier qualifications. The project involved developing a compelling creative concept and naming the beauty services to position them as premium and professional offerings. Additionally, the work encompassed enhancing the user experience of the sub-page dedicated to these services. As part of the overall aesthetic overhaul of the Douglas global website, the redesign focused on creating a seamless, engaging, and informative experience for users, while aligning with the brand’s identity and tone.
